Chest circumference

Wearing a bra, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the tape measure fits snugly but doesn't dig in.

Waist size

Find the narrowest part of your waist. This is usually just above your belly button. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist. Make sure the tape measure fits snugly but doesn't cut in.

hip circumference

Place the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips. This is usually at the base of your buttocks. Make sure the measuring tape fits snugly but doesn't cut in.
