With wool, this precision is evident in the tension of the stitches. Each embroidery technique requires its own specific tension to ensure that the motifs lie tightly along the entire length of the belt, creating a velvety, three-dimensional depth without distorting the belt. This balance cannot be measured; it relies solely on the feel of the hand. It takes up to a week to complete a single belt.
Wash on a cold, gentle cycle (max. 20°C) in a mesh laundry bag. Do not bleach. Turn garment inside out and iron gently.
